Scholar Athletes

Friday’s confession…

I’m at it again. Another season of sports at Wifey’s House and somehow I just can’t help but lose myself in the moment. Now I’ve got two to juggle. Miles had his first football game last Saturday and Milan had her first softball game.

Every overboard mom needs a team sign (yes, I made it myself)...

and a team shirt (no, I didn't make this one)...

and a ferocious little football player...

and a sweet little softball swinger...

ready for her first game!

As much as I love sports I do demand that school and homework come first. After that they can play until the sun goes down. How about you? Do you have any little scholar athletes running around your house? Cheering moms want to know…

Winks & Smiles,
Wifey

These are adorable - it brings back memories of Boulder & Stamford - your father must have taught you well! GP

Aw! I so wish my only son would be interested in sports. Here's my run down minus him, of course:

Oldest daughter in Pom Pon (high school dance squad), next daughter football manager in jr. high, and two youngest daughters start practicing for cheer in the spring.

Hey...you need bumper stickers with their name, number and team on them!

I love your spirit!

I only have daughters, so no football players in this house. (Although 2 of my daughters girl friends are on the team.)

I love going to the games. It's so much fun!!

Yay wifey!

Awww, so cute! Mine aren't in sports, but we've been talking about it. We do brownies/girl scouts and drama/music.

My son just started playing soccer but I've missed his first two games because I've been assigned a project in Iraq. I'm bummed out about it. I just hope I can return home before the end of his season.
